The villa has the surface area of approximately 130 m2 and 660 m2 of garden area. An antic wall from Venetian era (height of about 3,5 m) forms the eastern boundary courtyard and is a part of city walls, while the southern border is an antic wall from Roman era which is also a part of city walls. With regard to the walls, vegetation and its location, the property offers a great privacy.
The villa consists of fully equiped kitchen, living/dining room, bedroom, hallway and bathroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms, bathroom and hallway upstairs. The villa is equipped with wood furnace, SAT TV, DVD player, Radio with cd and mp3 player, ice maker machine, espresso machine and air conditioning in all rooms. The villa is right across the small marina where you can place your sailboats and bigger powerboats. The villa is accessible by car or boat.
You can enjoy the shade of the old pine trees, watch the bay and the sail boats just few meters away, or you can just walk to the beach which is only 250 meters away.
